Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy. You will be in charge of creating and executing advertising campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, and email. Your role will involve analyzing past campaigns, monitoring current campaign performance, and generating regular reports for internal stakeholders and senior management. To ensure optimal campaign results, you will need to review and enhance campaigns to achieve a positive Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and boost conversion rates. Researching the target demographic to gain insights into their preferences and interests will be crucial in crafting compelling ad content. Collaboration with content writers, copywriters, and designers will be essential to create tailored advertisements that resonate with the audience. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Google Analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives. Conducting regular audits for conversion rate optimization and performing A/B tests will also be part of your role to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
