We’re hiring our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing GTM team. This is a high impact role focused on targeting global mid-market and enterprise customers, and reporting directly to the business Co-founder. What You'll Do ● Prospect into IT infrastructure, DevOps, CloudOps, and FinOps teams at mid-market and enterprise companies to build steady pipelines of high intent qualified buyers ● Create targeted outbound campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, Email) that speak to the pain of cloud cost management ● Qualify interest and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives ● Leverage your existing network of IT/cloud buyers (rolodex) to create warm introductions ● Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to fine-tune messaging and tactics ● Log activity and insights in the CRM (HubSpot) ✅ MANDATORY Requirements **If you don’t meet this one requirement, this role is NOT A FIT** Non-negotiable MUST-HAVE: ● B2B experience selling into IT infrastructure or cloud engineering teams in funded startups (Series C+), Mid-market, or Enterprise companies with an annual cloud spend of at least $5M ● You must still be connected with the buyers (can open conversations with 1 phone call) in at least 5 of these target companies ● Proven success generating pipeline and revenue from technical buyers (CIOs, Heads of Infrastructure, DevOps, etc.) ● A warm network of relevant contacts in North America and/or Western Europe — this will be tested as part of round 2 (assessment stage) Nice to have: ● Familiarity with at least 1 cloud - AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or at least a basic understanding of FinOps and its importance ● Strong writing, storytelling, and objection-handling skills What We Offer Remote-first team - work from anywhere in the world Meritocracy - High performance culture focused on outcomes Competitive base salary + Generous commissions Stellar leadership (ex-Microsoft, ex-AWS, ex-Oracle) solving a top pain point for IT leaders Flat org structure with clear career progression - Closing or managerial roles as we scale \ Interview Note Shortlisted candidates will be required to demonstrate their outreach skills, and leverage 2–3 real contacts from their past or current network.
