Role Description

The Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi. Responsibilities include developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and optimizing marketing strategies to meet business goals. The candidate will analyze campaign performance, identify new growth opportunities, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve customer acquisition objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and create targeted marketing strategies
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills to drive customer outreach and achieve acquisition goals
• Outstanding Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage clients
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
