Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance/Growth Marketer with 3-6 years of experience in fashion (womens apparel), your primary role will involve driving paid and performance-led marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative and UGC teams, and scaling online conversions. You should ideally have agency experience to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels including Meta (Instagram/FB), Google Ads, and other digital platforms. - Define growth strategies focusing on traffic acquisition, retargeting, conversion optimization, ROAS improvement, and CAC control. - Work closely with the UGC specialist and creative team to ensure alignment of ad creatives and landing pages with brand aesthetic and campaign goals. - Analyze campaign data, derive insights, and present monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. - Coordinate with external marketing agencies or internal teams to ensure execution aligns with growth objectives. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends in the fashion industry, leveraging new tools, channels, and formats for scaling growth. - If applicable, mentor or manage a marketing team to help build capabilities for scaling online revenue. Qualifications & Skills: - 3-6 years of performance/growth marketing experience in the fashion domain, specifically womens clothing. - Preference for experience working in or with marketing agencies. - Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR) and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation or BI dashboards. - Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and capacity to integrate creative and data for optimal performance. - Immediate availability and willingness to be based in or commute to Noida/Delhi NCR.
