Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Manager, your role will involve creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing data to derive insights that help in decision-making across all acquisition channels to boost growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI. - Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. - Identify marketing performance issues and conduct root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - Develop easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards for communicating complicated analyses related to demand funnel, marketing planning, budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs. - Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes. - Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovations. - Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in handling campaigns, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads. - Working in a startup environment would be an additional advantage. - Strong communication skills are essential. - The work location is Pune (Swargate) with a 5-day workweek.,
