Full job description A Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive growth, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity, and expertise in data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI. Required Skills & Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience : 1-2 years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.
