Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving digital marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at optimizing performance and achieving specific business goals. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, managing paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing key performance indicators to enhance marketing efforts. 

Candidate Would be Required to do :

1. Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, across multiple media – Google Adwords and Social Media Platforms
2. Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
3. Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions for achieving objectives of campaign
4. Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction
5. Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
6. Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
7. Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal customer
8. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
