The role focuses on ROI-driven marketing across paid social and search platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns Manage paid social advertising with a focus on lead generation and conversions Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and other KPIs Use digital marketing tools for tracking, analytics, and reporting Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages Optimize funnels and conversion rates for web campaigns Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads Solid understanding of Performance Marketing metrics Experience in Paid Social Advertising strategies Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (GA, Meta Pixel, GTM preferred) Data-driven mindset with strong optimization skills Nice to HaveExperience with multiple client accounts or agency setup Basic understanding of landing page CRO Knowledge of remarketing and audience segmentation What We OfferPerformance-driven growth environment Opportunity to work on diverse digital campaigns Fast learning and career growth
