As a Performance Marketing Professional at Story Digital, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive growth and enhance brand visibility across various platforms. Your expertise in data-driven strategies and creative thinking will be instrumental in achieving our marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to reach target audiences effectively. - Manage campaign budgets efficiently, focusing on ROI and ROAS to maximize returns. - Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling campaigns for better performance. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience. - Track and report key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and others to measure campaign success. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in running performance campaigns, with agency experience being preferred. - Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to effectively manage and analyze campaign performance. - Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization. - Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Certification in Meta or Google Ads will be considered a strong plus, showcasing your expertise in these platforms.
