As a Performance Marketer for the E-Commerce division, your role is crucial in driving growth by managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta. Your focus will be on creating acquisition strategies and optimizing for ROI to fuel brand growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google & Meta. - Develop customer acquisition & retention strategies to drive traffic and sales. - Manage performance budgets to achieve CPA and ROAS goals. - Analyze data, track KPIs, and report actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate across teams to enhance customer experience and conversion journeys. - Innovate and identify new growth opportunities across digital channels. Requirements: - 24 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Google & Meta). - Proven success with D2C or E-commerce brands. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Familiarity with analytics & attribution tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.). - Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
