Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Associate or Lead to own and scale paid marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and other performance channels. This role requires strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CR); report performance regularly.
  • Test and refine ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize results.
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution platforms.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Collaborate with retention, product, and design teams to optimize the full-funnel experience, including landing pages.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–7 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in high-growth D2C, e-commerce, or startup environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads; additional platforms are a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of attribution models, customer acquisition, and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborative approach and experience working with design and content teams to build effective creatives.
Mandatory Criteria
  • At least 3 years of core performance marketing experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce, preferably in clothing, beauty, health, or food; agency candidates are acceptable if they have managed these categories.
  • Proven track record handling large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CR) with regular performance reporting.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets at the scale of crores per month.
  • Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution platforms.
  • Available to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.
  • 6 working days per week.
