Business Manager - Used Vehicle Loan

You will be responsible for presenting and selling company products and services to both current and potential clients. Developing action plans and schedules to target potential clients, managing lead generation, and following up on leads and referrals generated from field activities will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will need to identify sales prospects and establish connections with other assigned accounts, maintaining and updating sales materials and product knowledge. Building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, coordinating service delivery with the office team, and handling customer complaints and resolving client concerns will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to prepare reports on activities, closings, follow-ups, and goal adherence, as well as share insights on new product and service opportunities and customer feedback. To excel in this role, you must have experience in Used Commercial Vehicles such as Tractors, Taxis, Auto Loans, Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV), and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV). Experience in Used Car Loans and Two Wheeler Loans is also required. Having your own bike or vehicle, strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in sale purchase, and field sales experience are essential for this position. Additionally, experience in B2B sales would be a plus.
