We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can drive revenue growth through Meta and Google Ads , and who thrives in a data-driven, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Manage and scale campaigns with a monthly budget specified Continuously monitor ad performance, identify trends, and make data-backed adjustments to improve ROAS and CPA Perform in-depth campaign analysis and share insights with the internal team for creative and targeting improvements Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve performance Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing objectives and visual strategy Create detailed reports on campaign performance and present actionable insights Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in D2C performance marketing Requirements: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with D2C brands Proven hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns Experience managing a minimum monthly ad budget of ₹25 lakhs Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution models , customer acquisition, and retention metrics Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on ROI and growth Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Show more Show less
