Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Day-to-day tasks include crafting marketing strategies, analyzing campaign data, managing budgets, and collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling content. The role also involves monitoring market trends and making data-driven decisions to enhance ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and influencer marketing
• Proficient in performance ads, growth strategies, and content creation
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-backed decision-making
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams
• Familiarity with market trends and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience in branding and positioning is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
