In this role, you will manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns, develop social media strategies, and create engaging content aligned with the brand’s identity. You will also build and maintain relationships with influencers, monitor trends across platforms, and collaborate with team members to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Influencer (KOL) Marketing Strategy: -Independently develop the KOL strategy and annual budget for the company's brands in the Indian market. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top-tier KOLs and content creators, ensuring content output quantity and quality align with the brand strategy. Ensure KOL-generated content effectively translates into initial sales and review accumulation on major e-commerce platforms. 2. E-commerce and Social Content Management: Hold overall responsibility for the brand consistency and quality of all e-commerce Listings, A+ Content, and brand materials (copy, images, videos). Responsible for planning the annual content calendar, setting themes, and managing the content production workflow for brand social media accounts (e.g., Instagram Reels/Posts/Stories). 3. Required Qualifications: ● 3 -6 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or social media operations, with experience in independently setting brand content strategy and budgets. ● Extensive network of KOL/Creators in the Indian market and proven successful collaboration cases. ● Excellent creative planning, copywriting skills, and negotiation abilities. Deep understanding of how content drives sales conversion. Qualifications Strong Communication and Public Relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
