Responsibilities: * Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI for client accounts. * Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting strategies. * Create compelling ad copy and visuals (in collaboration with design teams). * Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports. * Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm changes. Qualifications: * 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). * Proven track record of achieving measurable results and meeting client KPIs. * Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. * Excellent understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem and optimization techniques. Bonus: Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), other social media advertising platforms, and client communication.
