Role Description

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to join our marketing team in Ahmedabad. This role focuses heavily on managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and QuickCommerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid digital campaigns to drive growth and maximize ROI.

You will work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to develop compelling creatives and performance strategies tailored to platform-specific audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Skills in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Reporting
• Experience with A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
