Were looking for a results-driven and analytical marketer to join the Growth team at Specsmakers. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai is suited for someone with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing someone who has managed monthly ad budgets exceeding 50 lakhs, led full-funnel growth campaigns, and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver high-performance outcomes across channels.
• Lead and manage large-scale campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Display, working closely with agency partners to plan, execute, and scale budgets north of 50 lakhs/month.
• Own the media planning calendaraligning business priorities with paid strategy and executing across prospecting, retargeting, and retention funnels.
• Drive and oversee rigorous creative testing frameworks, analyze outcomes, and ensure efficient learning loops with agency partners.
• Monitor and optimize performance using GA4, Ads Manager dashboards, and third party attribution tools to deliver targeted ROAS.
• Strategize and deploy lifecycle journeys across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS, optimizing for repeat purchase rates, churn reduction, and customer LTV.
• Collaborate with retention vendors (e.g., Klaviyo, LimeChat) to implement automation flows and audience logic across touchpoints.
• Integrate insights from behavioral cohorts and campaign metrics to personalize outreach and improve retention KPIs.
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards using Excel, GA4, and Power BI.
• Dive into Shopify analytics, product conversion funnels, and CRM segmentation to uncover insights that drive action.
• Translate data into meaningful recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external agency teams.
• Be highly fluent with Shopifyconfidently manage merchandising, collections, promotional campaigns, landing pages, and app integrations.
• Collaborate with internal and agency teams to optimize website UX and implement strong on-page SEO practices.
• Work closely with product, design, CX, and merchandising teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
• Build strong feedback loops between creative, performance, and CRM campaigns.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with founders, senior leaders, and agency partners.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a D2C or omnichannel retail brand.
• Proven track record managing monthly paid media budgets exceeding 50 lakhs.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify CMS and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
• Ability to lead agency relationships and hold them accountable to performance benchmarks.
• Prior experience in eyewear, fashion, or high-velocity retail segments.
• Familiarity with cohort-based LTV modeling and attribution frameworks.
• Exposure to tools like Airboxr, Google Search Console, and Hotjar for advanced analysis
