Performance Marketer

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our innovative marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet business goals and KPIs. Continuously optimize through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management.
• Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies. Identify new growth opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget and achieve financial targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing..
• Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
