Performance Marketer

At Stosi, we’re building a clothing brand that stands for refined simplicity minimal yet fashion-forward essentials crafted for the modern wardrobe.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who’s ready to take charge of scaling a growing D2C fashion brand. If you live and breathe ads, data, and design and love creating campaigns that look good and perform even better this one’s for you.

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
• Drive sales growth and ROAS through structured experimentation and performance tracking.
• Analyse data, audience insights, and creative results to build a scalable acquisition funnel.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives.
• Implement effective remarketing and funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) to improve conversion rates.
• Create and edit content (static ads, simple videos, visuals) to support campaign performance and A/B testing.

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C or fashion brands.
• Proven track record of scaling D2C brands and delivering strong ROAS.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling and ability to design or edit creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut.
• Deep understanding of ad metrics, attribution, and customer journeys.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
• Bonus: Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, and UGC-based ad strategies.
