Performance Marketer / Leads Generation Specialist - Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive / Specialist or specifically from Real Estate to join our dynamic team. This role involves leveraging various tools and strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to support our sales team in achieving their targets. • Manage social media:

  Oversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, engaging with our audience and promoting our services.

• Analyze Performance:

  Track and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Execute Campaigns:

  Develop and manage digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook /Meta Ads and other social media ads, to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.

• Conduct Market Research:

  Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market developments to inform strategy and campaign decisions.

• Collaborate:

  Work closely with our sales and real estate teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly within the Real Estate Industry, is highly preferred.

• Creativity:
