About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with proven expertise in managing and scaling paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. This is a senior-level role (5+ years experience), ideal for someone with a track record of driving measurable results for D2C e-commerce brands. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of performance campaigns, with a strong focus on conversions and ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Own campaign strategy, daily optimization, and scaling across multiple accounts.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and creative testing to improve performance.
  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and cost efficiency to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights with clear reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to align ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated with latest platform changes, ad policies, and performance marketing trends.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Proven success in scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (please share case studies).
  • Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • Experience managing significant ad budgets with clear ROI accountability.
  • Ability to test fast, pivot strategies quickly, and optimize for conversions.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and attribution models.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Advanced certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads (a strong plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly.
  • Demonstrated success stories with recognizable brands or high-growth e-commerce businesses.
