Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other PPC platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor ad spend, budgets, and daily performance metrics across accounts.
• Analyze data to make strategic decisions and provide detailed performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in performance marketing and PPC advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
