Google Ads / Meta Ads Expert – Performance Marketing Specialist

We are a results-driven digital marketing agency in Ludhiana named BringBrandOn, working with clients across various industries to help them grow online. We're seeking a skilled Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Expert who can deliver real ROI through paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Create and manage ad creatives in collaboration with the content team
• Monitor campaign performance and generate performance reports
• Optimize ad spend to maximize conversions and lower CPA
• Set up and manage tracking tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, GTM
• Stay updated with the latest ad trends, algorithm changes & best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding models, and funnel optimization
• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, or similar
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or service-based businesses
• Basic understanding of landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and UTM tracking
