Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating and executing performance marketing strategies to drive growth and optimize campaigns across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing advertising budgets, conducting competitor analysis, and optimizing content for conversion. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, including SEM, PPC, and social media advertising
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and digital marketing strategies
• Proven ability to create and manage advertising campaigns within budget constraints
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing conversion rates
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
• Experience in running Meta and Google ads of at least 2-4 years
