Job title : Performance Marketeer

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office, 3 Days Work from Home)

Type: Full-Time (Not a Remote Role)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Performance Marketeer to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels with a strong focus on driving measurable results. The role demands proficiency in performance marketing platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools to ensure effective ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Utilize GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and report performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaign outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to optimize strategy and execution.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Email and WhatsApp marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools such as GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.


Ideal Candidate

  • ProfileExperience: 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes through digital campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with mandatory office presence (3 days/week) in Gurgaon.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional.
