Key Responsibilities

• Manage 34 client accounts simultaneously, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Plan, strategize, and launch

  multi-channel marketing campaigns

  (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Handle end-to-end

  social media management

  for clients: strategy, content planning, calendar execution, and reporting.
• Confidently represent DigiSimba in

  client meetings, presentations, and video calls

  .
• Ensure timely communication and delivery of client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance, SEO) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
• Guide junior team members, demonstrating

  leadership and decision-making abilities

  .
• Stay updated on

  digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

  to recommend innovative strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong

  communication skills

  (written and verbal) with fluency in English.

• Confident on camera

  for client-facing discussions, updates, and possible social content.
• Ability to

  plan and execute multi-channel campaigns

• Good understanding of different marketing strategies (organic, paid, retention, influencer, etc.).

• 23 years of

  relevant experience in a digital marketing agency

• Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts.
• Experience in
