Role Description

This is a contract role for a Performance Marketeer, based in Gurugram with some work from home flexibility. The Performance Marketeer will be responsible for managing creatives and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and developing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include campaign planning, execution, and budget management, as well as collaborating with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning and execution
• Proficiency in performance analysis and metrics, including the use of analytical tools
• Strong skills in A/B testing and data-driven strategy development
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize spend across channels
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment (Gurugram and remote)
• Relevant experience or background in marketing or a related field is a plus
• No need of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
