Job Description

Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end management of performance-linkedincentives and manpower processes, including calculation, communication,compliance, and automation. Additionally, contribute to designing effectiveincentive strategies, analyzing performance data, and providing insights formanagement decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incentive Management & Strategy
  • Calculate and validate variable pay based onscorecard achievements and business parameters.
  • Communicate policy changes and amendments inincentive schemes to stakeholders.
  • Share individual incentive calculations withsales teams and address related queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams todesign and implement effective incentive programs.
  • Analyze performance data to assess the successof variable pay plans and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure incentiveprograms remain competitive.
  • Prepare and present reports on incentive programperformance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies andregulatory requirements.
  • Manpower Management & Automation
  • Maintain and update employee master data forBusiness Strategy and Sales teams across India.
  • Track organizational changes and prepare reportsfor management review.
  • Coordinate with HR for requisition codes,approvals, and end-to-end closure of hiring processes.
  • Manage new requisition approvals forreplacements and new requirements.
  • Identify automation opportunities for incentivecalculation and manpower workflows in HRMS.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Knowledge of incentive structures and manpower planning processes.
Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, HR, orrelated field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in incentive management/payrollcoordination/manpower planning.
