We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist

you’ll excel in this role.

What You’ll Own

• Plan & execute monthly creative calendars aligned to growth goals
• Develop strong hooks, ad concepts, big ideas & scripts
• Analyse performance to spot winning angles & creative fatigue
• Build a scalable UGC + influencer content pipeline
• Manage editors, designers, creators, and agencies
• Run rapid A/B tests to optimise for CTR, CVR & ROAS
• Create modular, reusable assets from shoots & UGC
• Ship 20–40 new creatives every week

What Success Looks Like

• Lower CAC & higher ROAS
• 5–10 winning creatives every week
• 30–60 UGC videos created monthly
• Creative testing cycles under 3 days
• Strong contribution to both paid + organic acquisition

What You Bring

• 2–6 years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or D2C content
• Deep understanding of Meta/Google ad ecosystems
• Ability to craft hooks, angles, briefs & storyboards
• Experience working with editors, designers & creators
• Strong analytical ability to decode creative performance
• UGC / influencer management experience is an advantage
