About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn data-driven insights into high-performing ad creatives. You’ll be responsible for developing and testing creative concepts across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The role blends creativity with performance; meaning you should be equally comfortable brainstorming hooks as you are analyzing CTRs and thumb-stop rates. If your Instagram feed is more ad library than friends’ posts, and you save every scroll-stopping creative, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Work with the performance marketing team to develop ad creatives (static, video, UGC, copy) that drive conversions. Ideate and script strong hooks, narratives, and storyboards for ads. Analyze ad performance data to identify winning patterns and iterate on creative strategies. Collaborate with designer and video editor to execute creative ideas. Stay updated on trends in consumer psychology, ad formats, and competitor campaigns. Run structured creative tests and build a playbook of best-performing concepts. Ensure all creatives align with brand voice and resonate with the target audience. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or creative strategy (agency side). Strong grasp of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). A portfolio or track record of ad creatives that delivered measurable results. Ability to balance creativity with data — you know when an idea looks good and when it sells. Excellent writing skills for ad copy, hooks, and CTAs. Comfort with fast-paced testing, quick iterations, and high-volume creative output. Nice-to-Have Experience working with UGC creators/influencers for ad content. Understanding of tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite. Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation and production.
