Job Description

We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager (On-Site | Kolkata)


Zeroharm Sciences is a fast-growing D2C health & wellness brand focused on clean-label, science-backed supplements designed to improve daily well-being from within.


Customer Success Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries over WhatsApp and calls
  • Provide timely, clear, and empathetic responses aligned with the brand tone
  • Share weekly customer insights with internal teams
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to improve customer experience
  • Track and report KPIs, including resolution times and satisfaction scores


Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong command over English and Hindi (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Emotionally intelligent and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools and CRM systems
  • Experience in a customer-facing or customer support role is preferred
  • Interest in the health and wellness space is a plus
