Performance & Business Management Manager, VP

As a Performance & Business Management Manager, you will support the leadership team in delivering the business strategy and ensuring effective management of the operating rhythm. You will collaborate with various areas across the organization to plan and manage business support activities related to operational performance, efficiency, and cost to serve. Additionally, you will drive the Sales Management agenda, develop a sales effectiveness culture, and support business strategic ambitions through client engagement and business productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Support areas across the organization in planning and managing business support activities related to operational performance and cost to serve - Drive Sales Management agenda, client engagement, and business productivity to support business strategic ambitions - Maintain accountability for business insights, market insights, benchmarking, and support commercial performance - Implement processes aligned with the bank-wide policy and business frameworks - Ensure alignment of performance and business management activities with the broader bank-wide strategic agenda - Collaborate with different areas in planning and managing business support activities, projects, and processes - People planning, including capability development, engagement, and communications - Review relevant Management Information (MI) and provide data analysis - Financial and headcount reporting, including monthly cost report checking, forecasting, budget setting, and cost control initiatives Qualifications Required: - Experience in a leadership support or business management role - Broad knowledge of customer business and its interaction within the organization - Experience in working on multiple business initiatives - Strong analytical skills to develop creative solutions that bring tangible value - Strong problem-solving skills Join a team with a collaborative ethos and a commitment to innovation and professional development at vice president level.,
