You will oversee activities related to Internal & External Service Management for Natwest Markets, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic agenda of the bank. Collaborate with various departments within the bank to plan and manage business support activities, projects, and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for people planning, encompassing capability building, employee engagement, and effective communications. Analyzing relevant Management Information (MI) and offering data-driven insights will also be part of your role. You will support in delivering seamless reporting to the Natwest Markets Outsourcing & Governance committee and other senior forums. The ideal candidate for this role should possess experience in Internal & External Service Management within a leadership support or business management capacity. A comprehensive understanding of customer business and its integration within the organization is essential. Candidates with proven expertise in Supply Chain Management and Third Party Risk Management will be preferred, as these skills are viewed as crucial differentiators for this position. Moreover, you should demonstrate a track record of successfully managing multiple business initiatives.
