Perfomance Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on results, creativity, and data.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully driven campaigns in D2C, B2B lead generation, and affiliate marketing.

You will be responsible for owning the entire performance funnel from strategy to execution ensuring every marketing rupee delivers maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
• Lead full-funnel growth marketing initiatives to drive qualified B2B leads and D2C sales.
• Design and execute high-converting affiliate marketing programs and partnerships.
• Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
• Analyze daily performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with creative, content, tech, and sales teams to align strategies and goals.
• Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth tactics.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with strong exposure to D2C, B2B, and affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of driving scalable results through paid campaigns.
• Mastery of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and affiliate tools/networks.
• Strong analytical skills comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and attribution models.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
• A creative mindset paired with strong execution capabilities.
