We're now looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to lead Meta and Google ad campaigns for multiple clients from ad creation to conversion optimization. If you're data-driven, creative, and AI-fluent, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and custom events (Tag Manager, GA4, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
• Own budget allocation and ROAS-driven performance reporting across accounts
• Continuously test and optimize creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
• Collaborate with creative and SEO teams to align ad strategy with full-funnel marketing plans

Bonus Opportunities

• Experiment with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other high-ROI channels
• Influence client media strategy and improve creative testing systems
• Support launch campaigns for brand-new offers and services

Must-Have Qualifications

• 24 years experience running successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing, CRO, and attribution
• Proven ability to hit ROAS targets and scale ad spend intelligently
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting strategies, and ad creative principles
• Comfortable with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Events Manager, and similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills clarity matters here

• Experience working with AI tools and prompt engineering (we'll train you, but interest and experience are a big plus)
• Past success managing eComm, B2B, or multi-location campaigns
