Job Description

Job Title: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant / Analyst

Role Overview:

A PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the PeopleSoft ecosystem. This role involves both functional configuration and technical development/support across modules like Financials, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Duties:

Design, code, and modify PeopleSoft using:

PeopleCode
Application Engine
Component Interface
SQR
PS Query
Integration Broker

Troubleshoot production issues and provide on-call support.
Develop and maintain technical specifications and reports (e.g., nVision, BI Publisher).
Perform data conversion, interface development, and system integration.

Functional Duties:

Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
Configure and support PeopleSoft modules such as:

Financials:
GL, AP, AR, BI, AM, PC
HCM:
Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, T&L

Document functional designs, test cases, and business processes.
Perform ongoing process reviews and recommend improvements.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and data model.
Proficiency in SQL, PeopleTools, and Oracle DB.
Experience with web server technologies (e.g., WebLogic).
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security and Tree Manager.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM modules.
Experience in both functional and technical aspects of PeopleSoft.
Certifications in PeopleSoft or ERP systems (preferred).
