Company: IT Services Organization Key Skills: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, HCM, FSCM, Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning, Technical Documentation. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, enhancements, and interfaces using PeopleTools (Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, etc.). Provide support for PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM modules based on project needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance tuning, and application errors. Work closely with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions and enhancements. Experience Requirement: 4-8 years of experience in PeopleSoft development. Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Component Interface. Experience in supporting PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM modules. Proven ability in performance tuning and troubleshooting application issues. Education: M.E., B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), BCA, B.E., B.Tech, M.
