About the Role
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to lead People Strategy for Engineering, Design, and other central teams. This is a high-impact role at the heart of Dezerv s growth partnering directly with the function heads to shape org design, build leadership depth, and elevate performance across a team of builders.   • Strategic Business Partnership Serve as the primary thought partner to the functions and its leaders Translate business strategy into people strategy org structure, hiring plans, capability building, and succession Influence leaders with data, judgment, and a deep understanding of team dynamics
  • Performance & Growth Enablement Lead the performance philosophy across goal-setting, reflections, calibrations, and career paths Coach managers on delivering high-quality feedback and raising the talent bar Identify performance gaps early and design interventions (PIPs, coaching, role shifts)
  • Culture & Employee Experience Create a work environment where cross-functional teams can do the best work of their careers Be a trusted, confidential advisor for employees balancing empathy with objectivity Drive culture rituals, engagement rhythms, and values-aligned behaviours inside teams
  • Learning, Capability Building & Leadership Development Map capability needs across the teams Build structured development paths for ICs, managers, and emerging leaders Partner with leaders to run learning programs
  • Org Effectiveness & Change Management Shape org design as we scale from team formation to span-of-control to operating cadence Enable smooth transitions during restructuring or agile shifts Coach leaders to navigate change with clarity, empathy, and speed
  • People Analytics & Talent Insights Identify patterns early and recommend action plans using data, intuition, and business context.
  • Provide insights that directly influence decision-making
    Who You Are 5-8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years supporting tech, product, or design teams in a scaling environment Strong business acumen and comfort operating in high-velocity, ambiguous situations A trusted advisor able to challenge leaders, influence decisions, and hold a long-term view Someone who deeply understands org behaviour, performance systems, and culture building Analytical and structured comfortable working with dashboards, metrics, and insights High ownership and excited to build things ground-up.
