As a People Success Partner at Urban Company, you will play a crucial role in fostering a high-performance, employee-first culture for the rapidly growing team in Dubai and the wider UAE. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic People Partnering**: - Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. - Champion leadership development, performance enablement, and organizational health initiatives. - **Employee Experience & Engagement**: - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. - Drive engagement programs and feedback mechanisms to enhance satisfaction and retention. - **Performance & Culture**: - Implement and refine performance management processes, fostering continuous learning and feedback. - Oversee internal communications, employee recognition platforms, and cultural initiatives. - **HR Operations & Compliance**: - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, manage HR policies, and maintain employee records. - Collaborate with the global People Success team to execute core initiatives and ensure data integrity. - **Talent Development & Training**: - Identify skills gaps and learning needs, design development programs, and promote a coaching culture. - Facilitate regular check-ins and development plans to nurture talent across teams. Qualifications required for this role are: - 8-10 years of experience in HRBP or Talent Development roles. - Proven track record in high-growth startup or fast-paced environments. - In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and cultural nuances. - Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for fostering inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.
