Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience in HR data and business analytics, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and experience with Snowflake database
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and systems, with the ability to build and maintain new and existing dashboards
• Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dashboards and Automation.
  

• Stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency in designing and developing dashboards, with the ability to translate business problems into effective analysis plans and visualization
• In-depth knowledge of confidentiality, data protection, and data integrity of HR systems and processes
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilizing your expertise in data mining and visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and PowerBI, as well as databases like Snowflake, to effectively analyze and present data insights.
• Creating and maintaining various dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for global customers
• Knowledge of access management
• Proficiency in data visualization, converting tables and lists into meaningful charts and graphs
• End to end Automating the Extract, Transform and load process by using Alteryx for dashboard as well as for reporting requirements
• Ownership of project deliverables from end-to-end, striving to provide high-quality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Prioritizing maintaining a seamless and consistent user experience across all NN HR data services
