People Reporting & Analytics

As an experienced HR data and business analytics professional, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Snowflake database to analyze and present data insights effectively. You should have a strong understanding of HR data structures and systems to build and maintain dashboards, as well as the ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dashboards and automation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing data mining and visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI, along with databases like Snowflake, to analyze and present data insights efficiently. - Creating and maintaining various dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for global customers. - Demonstrating knowledge of access management and proficiency in data visualization by converting tables and lists into meaningful charts and graphs. - Automating the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process using Alteryx for dashboard and reporting requirements. - Taking ownership of project deliverables from end-to-end, ensuring high-quality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations. - Prioritizing a seamless and consistent user experience across all HR data services.
