People Ops Associate

Key Responsibilities 

1) PID Management & Operations Triage and respond to hiring manager inquiries via Slack and JSM ticketing systems Review, approve, and process position update requests in JSM or PID Editor. Coordinate and facilitate approvals from business stakeholders as needed for backfills, position changes, and new positions. Investigate and resolve PID-related issues and escalations Audit and validate position and requisition data for accuracy and compliance Perform bulk uploads and edits of positions using Google Sheets Support PID/requisition creation and prioritization as needed 2) Process Support Respond to hiring manager inquiries in a timely and accurate manner Track and maintain updated information on resources, stakeholders, and resource pages Guide and support JSM implementation and automation initiatives Conduct manual investigations and escalations as needed 3) Required Competencies High attention to detail and strong follow-through Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively

Strong organizational and data management skills Proficiency with Workday, JSM, and Google Sheets Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service, and responsiveness Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Advise managers and employees on organizational policies and processes, including position approval processes and governance. 2-4 years in related experience required in HR or TA Operations.
