Job Description

Manager Human Resources (UK Region)

Location:

HR professional with strong UK region experience

Role Overview

This role will manage and streamline UK HR operations, ensure 100% compliance with UK employment laws, handle employee relations, and align global HR practices with UK standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage
UK-specific HR operations
: onboarding, documentation, benefits administration, employee lifecycle, and exit processes.
Ensure strong compliance with
UK Employment Law, UK Labour Law, UK Local Law & statutory requirements
.
Handle
Right-to-Work checks, UK visa compliance
, and maintain required documentation.
Ensure adherence to
GDPR and data protection guidelines
.
Manage
employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution
, and communication with UK-based teams.
Support UK policy formation, process alignment, and HR governance.
Conduct and support
HR audits and compliance reviews
for the UK region.
Maintain accurate
HR reports, trackers, and compliance dashboards
.
Collaborate closely with UK management and India-based HR teams.

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years of total HR experience
, with
strong, hands-on experience supporting the UK region
.
Deep understanding of:

UK HR Compliance
UK Local & Employment Law
UK HR Operations
Right-to-Work & Immigration norms
GDPR compliance

Experience working in
IT / Software / Technology
environments preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and policy interpretation skills.
Must be willing to work from the
Gurugram office
