People Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage HR, administrative functions, and client relationships in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and people-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, on boarding, and employee engagement.

· Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.

· Develop and implement HR and administrative policies aligned with company goals.

· Act as the primary liaison for client communications and relationship management.

· Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for operational efficiency.

· Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and ensure legal compliance.

· Support leadership in building a positive work culture and scalable systems.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in relationship management

· Strong written and verbal communication

· Willing to work from Office

· Driving License in Mandate

· Open to Travel
