Job Description

Role Overview: As the People Experience Partner at Copado in India, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include driving employee engagement initiatives, talent management, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee relations, HR policies, change management, data analysis, and talent acquisition efforts in India. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, including conducting surveys, organizing events, and fostering a culture of recognition. - Partner with regional leaders to identify and develop talent, implement performance management processes, and facilitate career development opportunities. - Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for India employees to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and investigations. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with local laws in India, while aligning with the company's global HR strategy. - Lead change management initiatives related to HR programs and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication. - Utilize HR data and analytics to gain insights into employee trends and identify areas for improvement in the employee experience. - Drive talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates for roles within India. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India. - Proven track record in developing successful employee engagement and talent management programs. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience working in a global or multinational organization. - Fluency in English and at least one other European language is preferred.
