Job Description

As a part of Copado's Support team, your role is pivotal in innovating, maintaining, and ensuring the best customer experience for users across various industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing case queues in alignment with customer agreements - Providing solutions to technical queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and suggesting appropriate workarounds related to the Copado platform - Advocating for customer needs and resolving service issues efficiently - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and experiences effectively - Developing and enhancing technical expertise in specific areas of product functionality to assist customers - Creating knowledge base materials for operational efficiency - Researching, documenting, and escalating cases as per procedure - Participating in job-related training and assisting in product and technical training - Reviewing support cases for technical accuracy and troubleshooting - Identifying opportunities for product and service up-sell and articulating Copado solutions persuasively We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications: - 1-5 years of experience in Salesforce and Customer Support or DevOps - Knowledge of SaaS environments, Integrated Technologies, and development tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, etc.) - Experience with branching strategy, hosted version control vendors, Copado, Salesforce, and Git repositories - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationships and achieving success goals - Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities - Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven - Flexible schedule with a willingness to work nights and weekends if required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Experience working with remote teams and a global client base - Comfortable interacting with all levels of management - Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure - Copado Admin and Developer Certifications Join Copado's Support team to be a part of a fast-growing application in the Salesforce ecosystem, with opportunities for rapid advancement and a competitive benefits package.,
