People & Culture Manager

Role Overview: As the HROD Manager at the leading NGO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the HR and OD functions of the organization. Your main focus will be on designing and strengthening HR systems, aligning HR strategy with organizational goals, promoting a high-performance culture, and supporting organizational capacity development. You will collaborate closely with the HR Officer and consultants to execute initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership to the HR and OD functions of the organization. - Design and strengthen HR systems to align with organizational goals. - Promote a high-performance culture within the organization. - Support organizational capacity development. - Collaborate with the HR Officer and consultants to execute initiatives. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters. Qualifications Required: - 15-20 years of progressive HR and OD experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Experience in nonprofit, rural development, or mission-driven organizations is preferred. - Proven expertise in OD strategy, leadership development, and change facilitation. - Familiarity with HR Information systems (HRIS), labour laws, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices, and safeguarding mechanisms.,
