People Consulting- HR Transactions-Manager

In this role at EY, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the People Consulting team as a Manager focusing on HR Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and HR Transactions projects. Your main responsibilities will include leading and supporting the HR Transactions Project Management Office (PMO), managing global transaction assignments, developing HR M&A consulting services, and supporting client relationships and business growth through proposal development and client pursuits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee project governance, manage milestone tracking, and ensure timely delivery across HR Transactions - Lead end-to-end delivery for global transaction assignments - Grow HR M&A consulting services capability and develop relations with global practices - Support account teams in expanding client relationships through cross-selling and upselling - Drive proposal development, client pursuits, and RFP responses - Lead and support team members, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure continuous learning and development **Skills and attributes for success:** - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants - Strong communication and presentation skills for global audiences - Collaborative mindset and sensitivity to work effectively with diverse teams and clients - High energy levels, agility, and adaptability to meet evolving client needs - Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive - Strong data-analytics, Excel, and Power BI skills **Qualification Required:** - 11 - 14 years of experience in Human Capital and HR Transactions Consulting - Masters or MBA degree in HR or similar field - Experience in working on global client projects in a consulting environment - Good understanding of data and talent management tools like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors - Proficiency in leveraging technology including AI and data analytics This role at EY offers you the chance to work on inspiring projects and have a meaningful impact.
