People Consulting-Change-Manager

As a Manager in the People Consulting - Change Management team at EY- Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will have the opportunity to establish change management expertise within the practice and lead a team of change and learning design specialists. Your key responsibilities will include: - Growing and leading a team of change and learning design specialists - Enabling delivery and execution of change management strategy for global large transformation programs - Providing advice and guidance as a subject matter expert - Managing engagement risk, project economics, escalations, planning, and budgeting - Leading development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies - Supporting leadership in demand generation for change management projects - Performing the role of a counsellor and coach for the team - Collaborating with subject matter experts across HR service areas To qualify for this role, you must have: - A postgraduate degree with a specialization in Human Resources - 12-16 years of relevant experience - Experience leading change management efforts on global client projects - A track record of designing and implementing medium to large scale change programs - Experience in advising and guiding clients on complex transformation programs - Experience in managing delivery teams - Experience in learning design and content development - Experience in selling and delivering work across full project lifecycle Additionally, having certifications such as APMG, PROSCI or equivalent, experience in creating project budgets, facilitating solution workshops, and knowledge of HCM cloud technologies will be advantageous.
